This sparkling wine presents a delicate pale lemon appearance with a clean and moderately intense nose characterized by bright citrus and floral notes. The palate showcases a balance of medium sweetness and a creamy mousse, supported by high acidity, making it refreshingly yet slightly sweet. The flavor profile is dominated by primary notes of lemon and honeysuckle, with hints of cut grass and verbena, resulting in a harmonious and approachable profile. The finish is moderate, leaving a lingering citrus impression. This wine is best enjoyed fresh and is ready to drink now.
NOTES FROM THE OWNERS
Since creating Renegade Lemonade in our Dallas, GA basement in 2020 our mission has been to elevate and celebrate the lemon. Our first sparkling wine is in line with this mission. From the delicious sparkling lemon wine to the clean, painted on bottle design, we wanted to create an experience that would make you say "Wow!". The Renegade Lemonade logo was developed by a family friend who took inspiration from a painting of our daughter Lily. Lily has won several awards for her artwork, and she painted the flowering lemon tree limb on the back of the bottle. Cheers!
